• Rates includes GST, Parking and Toll. Booking is for Point to Point Airport transfer service, no detour or stop over shall be allowed. If you wish to extend the service, it shall be considered as a request for new booking. To make a new request for booking, you can book online or reach us at our contact centre number.
  • Your current booking amount includes GST and services for 8 hr & 80 km or 12 hrs and 120 km usage only. The mileage and time will be calculated based on the distance from your pick-up point and back to the pick-up point. Hence the distance from your drop location to the pickup location will be added to your usage if they are different.
  • Your current booking amount includes fixed km with Point to Point transfer service only, no detour or stop over shall be allowed. Extra km charges will be as applicable.
  • a. The driver would require periodic tea-breaks and meal-breaks, which can be coordinated directly with him. For multiday trips, while most hotels and resorts provide washroom for Drivers, some don’t. In case yours doesn’t, please cooperate with the Driver to allow him to freshen up at a nearby place that is available.
  • b. The number of days in the trip will be calculated on the basis of calendar days and not 24 Hours from pick-up time. Please return by 23:59 on the last day of your travel. Any delay will involve extra day charges. Minimum running average of 250 km per calendar day is charged for outstation trips
  • c. The mileage and time will be calculated based on the distance from your pick-up point and back to the pick-up point. Hence the distance from your drop location to the pickup location will be added to your usage if they are different. You will be charged for extra KM if the usage exceeds the initial booking KM. Any applicable Toll and State taxes for return trip (back to the pickup location) will also be applicable and need to be paid to the driver at the drop location when the trip is ended.
  • d. In case of interstate movement, the state taxes and toll etc. are charged by government and may change from time to time, unfortunately at many times without any advance notice. You will have to pay these charges to the driver at toll points or border for further payment to the govt. agencies.
  • 1.Cancellation Charges:
    For Sedan/MUV category:
    a. Cancellation made more than 4 hours before the duty reporting time: Full Refund.
    b. Cancellation within 4 hours before reporting time or no show once the car has left garage: Zero refund (100% of Minimum package booked cost to compensate the Driver Partner for his business loss)
  • 2. For Executive, Luxury, Royale, Vans and Coaches: a. Cancellation made more than 48 hours before the duty reporting time: Full Refund.
    b. Cancellation charges up to 48 hours before dispatch or no show once the car has left our garage: Zero Refund
  • 3. ECOS India Mobility and Hospitality Pvt Ltd reserves the right to cancel the trip with minimum 4 Hours of advance notice or delay the reporting time in case of exigencies or external circumstances beyond Urban Drive′s control. These could be local strike, bandh, curfews, natural calamities or even an unsupported pickup location.
  • 4. Any request for change in the itinerary will be subject to car availability, city/location feasibility and prevailing rates. Any change that is allowed, may require additional charges. For example, Rohtang Pass needs special permit which has to be taken in advance. So while our cars can go to Manali, Rohtang Pass cannot be added to the itinerary.
  • 5. In the event of cancellation of the trip, liability will be limited only to the extent of refunding the sum paid by the passenger for the price of the trip.
  • 6. While we take a lot of efforts to oversee maintenance of cars in our system, a breakdown during trip, though rare, is still a possibility. The reasons could include (but not restricted to) an accident on the road for no fault of our driver or the car developing some mechanical fault. In such a case, we will do our best to provide you an alternate within an hour. The driving time for the alternate car to reach your location will be over and above an hour we would take to find an alternate. In the event you decide not to wait for the alternate car or we are not able to find an alternate, there won’t be any charge to you for the usage and we will refund you any advance that you paid while making the trip if the break down has happened within 100 KM of you boarding the cab, If the break down has happened over 100 KM of you boarding the cab, you will be given 50% discount on the km travelled for the inconvenience caused. This is to take care of part of the costs incurred by the driver for your trip.

  • a. All passengers need to carry a government ID which has valid address proof.
  • b. It is mandatory to wear a mask while travelling.
  • c. ECOS India Mobility and Hospitality Pvt Ltd has no partnership or Joint Venture etc. with IDFC. Neither party represents the other party in any form or manner.
  • d. Driver would wait maximum 15 minutes from your scheduled pickup time at your pickup location. Post this, your trip may get cancelled without any refund. If there is a mutual agreement between customer and driver, waiting charges would be Rs 100.0 per 30 minutes.
  • e. Any grievances or claims related to the cab travel should be reported within 12 hours of travel time.
  • f. In case of airport drop, we assume that you have kept buffer time to avoid any unanticipated delay like traffic, road blockage, etc. Ecos India Mobility and Hospitality Pvt will not be responsible for any delay or missed flights.
  • g. In case of airport pickup, we assume that you have kept buffer time for baggage collection, immigration, custom checks, etc.
  • h. The booking will be for cab type and we do not commit on providing any preferred cab model.
  • i. AC will be switched off in hilly areas.
  • j. You can accommodate 2 bags in Sedan and 3 bags in SUV.
  • k. We do not commit on particular fuel type vehicle like Petrol, Diesel or CNG. Cab will be provided on the basis of availability .
  • l. You are not allowed to take pets with you inside the cab.
  • m. Due to traffic or any other unavoidable reason, although rare, pickup may be delayed by 30 mins.
  • n. Driver details will be shared up to 30 mins prior to reporting time.
  • o. At the end of the trip, please check and take all your belongings with you. In case you have lost your belongings inside the vehicle, we will try our best to locate the items but are not responsible for the loss or damage
  • q. While we take all precautions and uses technology to provide an enhanced driving and riding experience to its customers, we will not be held responsible for any actions of its driver partners / vendors or business associates
  • r. Urban Drive reserves the right to charge the customer for any intentional or unintentional damage done to the exterior or interior of the car.
  • s. Any extra cash that you have given to the driver needs to be collected from the driver by yourself. Urban Drive will not be responsible for such reimbursements.
  • t. Drinking and Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the car. You are expected to ask the driver to stop the car for you smoking breaks.
  • u. The distance shown for your itinerary in your booking is based on the most efficient and in certain cases the shortest route. At the time of your journey, the path taken may vary due to your preference or needs or due to situations beyond our control like natural calamities/road closures/route changes etc.
  • v. You may be charged extra in terms of state taxes, km and toll accordingly based on this new route that is taken.
